This custom Arkham Nightwing cosplay costume is sub dye onto spandex material, allowing it to be light weight, and amazingly comfortable. Muscle pattern is printed directly onto the suit.

The escrimas do not actually stun (for obvious safety reasons), but do light up, making them look amazing in dark or daylight.
